What's Happening Wednesday!!! Class lists for grades K-6 will be posted on Friday, August 19 at 4:00pm. Lists will be posted on the North entry (elementary office), and the South entry (athletic wing).
What's Happening Wednesday!!! We are quickly approaching the start of school. Please make sure if you have not registered your child for this year; it needs to be done in a timely manner. Only students that have been registered this year have been added to class lists.
Laptop distribution will continue today for returning students in grades 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12. Unfortunately, 9th grade laptops will not be available. Laptops will also be available on August 24th from 3:00-7:00 p.m. We anticipate having 9th grade and new student laptops available at that time.
All-Sports Passes can be purchased online. We will still issue a card pass but the online purchase will allow us to speed up the entry into events. Also individual game tickets for HS events are available https://www.vancoevents.com/us/eventlist/ayersvillepilots
Good morning. Due to a communication issue with our MDM server, Freshman laptops will not be available today. We are working to resolve the issue and will send an update later this afternoon as to when they will be available. We are also looking into an evening pickup time and will update you when that will be. Thank you.

Laptop hand out for students in grades 7 through 12 will be Tuesday, August 16 and Wednesday, August 17. Pick up time will be from 9:00 a.m.until 1:00 p.m. in the old school. Please use the south entrance, door 28, to enter the building. Technology protection plan payment can be made before or at the time of pick up. Payment may be made online using the web store beginning Monday, August 15. Cash or check payment may be made at the school at time of pick up as well. Thank you.

PTO NEEDS YOU!! PTO needs volunteers to man the gate at the Defiance County Fair. This is a fundraiser for the PTO and your help is greatly appreciated. We will be collecting gate fees on Thursday, August 25. We need 8-9 people per shift. There are three shifts - 8:00 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. 12:30 P.M. - 4:30 P.M. 4:30P.M. - 9:00 P.M. Reminder for those with students entering Kindergarten, 7th grade, 12th grade, or any new students, immunization records need to be submitted to the school.
