From Mr. Flory’s classroom:
The Financial Algebra class is learning how to convert raw data into a z-score and then into a percentage that places it onto the normal distribution curve. Now that's a lot of numbers!

From Mr. Pott’s classroom:
Ava, Mila and the rest of the Computer Apps class are working extremely hard to learn how to type quickly and accurately using home row typing. The students have a goal to type 45 words per minute by the end of the semester.

From Miss Stehura’s Choir room:
7th grade students are rehearsing “Song for the Unsung Hero”. It was written to honor those lost in 9/11. They are preparing for veteran’s day program. This is only their second day rehearsing the song!

From Mrs. Kieffer’s room: Tyson is taking the initiative to study for his Adv. Math quiz. Alg 1 students are in a flipped classroom: they watch a video of the lesson the night before and in class they do problems. This way, they can get immediate help when they are confused.

Also from Mrs. Goonan’s class: Upcycling trash into useful products after learning the difference between upcycle and recycle and environmental effects.

Mrs. Goonan's 8th Grade ELA class worked with interactive timelines and informational texts exploring September 11, 2001 today!
