Meet Autumn, the Stage Manager for our production of Sister Act, Jr. Ayersville Theatre has not had a Stage Manager in many years, and Autumn is paving the way for the future of the Theatre Department. She has attended almost every cast and crew rehearsal, serving as the person who is most familiar with the show. During the production, Autumn will be calling the cues and making sure everything runs smoothly on and off the stage. When not at rehearsals, Autumn enjoys playing softball and golf. Autumn says she is very excited to see everyone's hard work pay off. She can't wait to see the results of all the months of preparation and rehearsal. When asked what her favorite part of being in a musical is, she says, "I love getting to see so many different kinds of people come together and make something awesome! Meet Aleena, the lead in our spring musical, Sister Act, Jr. Aleena brings to life Deloris, a sassy young singer who is in the wrong place at the wrong time and has to hide in a convent. Aleena's favorite part of working on a musical is getting to work with people she normally does not get to interact with in school. Cheerleaders are coming home with some more hardware from the OASSA State Competition today, GameDay division state champs and nontumble division state runner-up! Congrats ladies and coach Ward on all your hard work!

Wrestlers had a great showing at Sectionals today…. We have 7 wrestlers moving onto Districts next week. Pilots finished 5th overall as a team, with 2 champions, 1 runner up finish, 3 with 3rd place finishes and one 4th place finish! Congrats to all athletes and coaches!

Pilots pick up a big win vs Edon 56-40! Sectional Champs! They will play on Tuesday at 7:30 pm in Defiance vs the winner of North Central and Toledo Christian!

In the final Quiz Bowl match of the regular season, the varsity defeated Paulding, 160 to 100. Daniel Hinojosa and Jacob Stiltner were the MVPs. The JV won, 60 to 40. Jeremiah Joseph was the star player.
