Ayersville High School kicked off the week with the distracted driving simulator that has been provided by the Defiance County Health Department in partnership with our AHS Drug Free Leadership Council!


This is a reminder that Ayersville will run on a scheduled 2-hour delay tomorrow (3/6) for the purpose of staff professional development. This delay includes Four County students. The Four County bus will depart at approximately 9:50 a.m.

Senior, Cheyenne W., spoke on a student panel with other four county area students about substance use prevention efforts in teens at the Regional Substance Use Prevention Breakfast and did an amazing job representing Ayersville High School! #PilotsTakeFlight


JH Student Council recently organized their annual Battle of the Classes. While the 7th and 8th grades competed at various events, the 8th grade cinched winning rights. JH photographers, Danielle and Eowyn, took over 200 photos! Browse the album at https://bit.ly/JHBattle.


Robotics students recently competed in a regional event held at BGSU. Pictured is Cody and Donald, who won first place in the sumo bot competition, featuring their custom-made silicone tires created with the 3D printer. Also pictured is Aiden and Rylan, who participated in the rescue bot event. They were challenged to pick up 4 ping pong balls and place them on a pedestal in 3 minutes.

🚨 In order to give the roads a chance to clear a bit before we eat, the FFA breakfast is being POSTPONED BY 1 HOUR this morning. Breakfast will now be served beginning at 8:00!


High School STEM students test their submersibles in the pool. Each team launched their grant-funded project- complete with a waterproof camera, and made adjustments to their design. Future launches will have the students picking up items from the pool floor.

Several High School Art students were able to travel to the University of St. Francis last week attend a Creative Arts Workshop!


The Anatomy II class is hosting the annual Red Cross Blood Drive on March 1st. Community members, please use the Red Cross website to sign up and remember to enter through the main entrance on the day of the blood drive.
