Good morning Ayersville High School Students!!

I wanted to send you a couple of updates:

1. PNN is back!
1. The announcements will be updated daily at 1:00pm. You can find these on the homepage of the High School website in the upper right hand corner by clicking on the “Announcements” tab. Teachers are playing them daily during 6th period, however, if you are not at school on a particular day, I encourage you to take a couple of minutes and watch them.
2. Tardies:
1. We have seen a dramatic increase in the number of students arriving tardy in the mornings. I wanted to provide a reminder of the policy regarding tardies (you can also find this in the handbook).
1. An after-school detention or lunch detention may be assigned for the third & fourth tardy to school each semester.  Any tardy beyond four may result in the assignment of an In-School Restriction for each tardy.  Tardiness to class will be regulated by classroom teacher rules and consequences administered accordingly.  Repeated tardiness will result in the assignment of school detentions by teachers.
3. Picture Day:
1. Picture day for all students in grades 7-12 will be on Wednesday, September 29.
2. 4 - County Students: Mrs. Niese will be delivering picture forms today to you during your meetings. Pictures for 4-county and IEC students will begin at 7:15 on September 29.
