The first day of school is fast approaching! Thank you to all those that have already registered your students for the 2023-2024 school year. If you haven't yet registered, please check your email for directions. If you can't find that email, give our office a call: 419-395-1111 ext. 400.

Online registration for the upcoming school year is now available. The instructions have been sent to the parent/guardian email on file in PowerSchool. Please use the PowerSchool Parent Portal to access the Registration Form. Completing the registration form will help us plan and prepare for the upcoming school year.

The instructions below have been sent to the parent/guardian email on file in PowerSchool.
You will use the PowerSchool Parent Portal to access the Registration Form.
From the Parent Portal:
Select the student you wish to register along the top
Select the Student Registration Icon on the left side.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration forms.
I can’t remember my login for the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
If you aren’t able to retrieve your login credentials using the “Having trouble signing in?” link on the Sign In page, please contact your school directly for assistance logging in to the Parent Portal. Please contact the central office at 419-395-1111 ext. 400 or use email to contact Amber Flory, aflory@ayersvillepilots.org.
Do I have to answer all the questions?
Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
What if I make a mistake?
If you would like to make a change prior to submitting the form, you can either navigate back to the page using the “< Prev” and “Next >” buttons or if you are on the Review page click on the underlined field. If you have already submitted the form you will need to contact your student’s school so they can make the changes for you.
I’ve completed the form, now what?
Once you have finished entering your information click “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.
What if I have more than one student in the district? Do I need to do this for each child?
Yes you will need to provide information that is specific to each child. We recommend that you complete and submit one form and then start another. This will allow you to “snap” (or share) selected family information, which saves you time.

The Ayersville Local School Board is sad to announce that due to the passing of Board President Matt Hanenkrath, it must begin the process of searching for a new member to fill the vacant position. If interested, please see the school website for more information.

Kindergarten had a wedding. Q & U got married because Q is always with U. A reception followed the event. Fun was had by all.
Ayersville Golf Camp:
Who: Any boy or girl entering grades 7-9 interested in learning about Golf
When: June 6-June 8, from 9am-11am
Where: Auglaize Golf Club- Pick up and Drop off at the course
Cost: $20

Ayersville Softball will host their sectional final game vs Pettisville at 5pm tomorrow. This is an OHSAA tournament events, All tickets must be purchased online at https://www.ohsaa.org/tickets , Softball, DIV, Northwest 1, Find our game. No passes will be accepted.
Sports Physicals for grades 6-11 will be offered here at school tomorrow May 10th. Cost is $25 cash or checks can be made out to Ayersville Local School. Packets can be picked up in the athletic office or downloaded at the link below. Please fill out the first two pages and sign the appropriate areas before turning them in tomorrow.
