As we get ready for another awesome week together, take a peek at some of the learning Ayersville Elementary students were up to last week!

Students will be coming home today with an amazing yard sign to show their Pilot Pride! A big thank you to Ayersville Elementary PTO for purchasing these for every Ayersville Elementary Family! Have a fantastic break! We will see you all on Tuesday, April 19th!

Join us tomorrow night (4/13) at 6:00 p.m. in the Auditorium for speaker Scott Frank's presentation on "Digital Empowerment for Parents". Free babysitting will be provided in the gym for those parents that join the presentation. Hope to see you there!

Don't forget tomorrow night is our Community Day Open House. The building will be open from 3:15-5:45 to play games in the commons, play ball in the gym, run around on the playground, and tour the building. Dinner will be available for a freewill donation.

Due to continued dense fog, Ayersville will be closed for the day (4/12). Be safe and have a good day!

Good morning! Due to fog in the area, Ayersville will be operating on a 2-hour delay today (4/12). Have a great day!

This is a reminder that Ayersville will run on a scheduled 2 Hour Delay tomorrow (4/6) for the purpose of staff professional development. This delay includes Four County students. The Four County bus will depart from the high school at approximately 10:00 a.m.

Have you noticed the Mobile Dentist in front of the school this week? Ayersville Local Schools is partnering with Health Partners of Western Ohio to provide dental cleanings to students in grades PK-12. Another great example of the importance of our community!

Fourth grade students have been learning about paper circuits in Makerspace Lab. They used Chibitronics kits and templates to complete the project. Students designed their own cards. After their design was complete, they added the copper tape, LED light, and a battery to complete the circuit.

Finance Friday! Please see the live feed on the District's website for more information.

Fifth grade students in Mr. Roberts' science class have been learning about the characteristics, cycles, and patterns in the solar system and within the universe! Students created models and shared information about the planets. Pilots, your learning is out of this world!!

Warm weather means opportunities for outside learning! Elementary art spent time working on chalk art last week. This chalk activity challenged students to use their imagination to create what comes to mind and build upon that. Students collaborated to create larger artwork as well. #pilotpride

Here are a few highlights from Right to Read Week at Ayersville Elementary. It was a week full of reading and fun! Thank you to high school students in the Video Production class for putting this video together!
