During Homeroom the students were asked to put all electronics away. During this time we talked about "just being kind" to each other. I encouraged the students to have a positive conversation with each other, without the influence of electronics. They also took this time to maybe speak with a student they might not typically have a conversation with. Sometimes a simple hello or positive conversation can go a long way to make another persons day. Remember to just be kind!
