The following donations were accepted: -$300 from Ayersville Education Foundation to Robotics -$225 from Ayersville Education Foundation for the HOBY conference -$2,500 from Innovative AAG Management - Mike and Tracy Cook for boys basketball uniforms -$750 from After Prom Parents to class of 2022 -$200 from Optimist International of Defiance to the Cheer Camp Fund -$200 from BPOE Lodge #147 to Cheer Camp Fund -$1,000 from Defiance Area Foundation for girls' basketball uniforms -$50 from Melissa Barnes to High School Principals Fund -$100 from William Barnes to High School Principals Fund -$100 from Charlotte Barnes to High School Principals Fund -$100 from Brian and Michelle Wittler to High School Principals Fund -$125 from James Barnes to High School Principals Fund -$25 from Jean Sasaki to High School Principals Fund
The Athletic ticket prices for the 2012-22 school year were approved. A.D. Rafael Manriquez stated that information and prices for tickets and passes will soon be available for all residents. Watch for an announcement soon.
In personnel matters, Alexis Arts, Austin Fritz, Rafael Manriquez and Augusta Niese were approved for extended time. The resignation of Troy Merillat was accepted and Alicia Kalik was approved as an Intervention Specialist long-term substitute.
Board member Shelby Martinez informed us that the Music Boosters held a car wash this at the South Richland Fire Department. Also Mark your calendars for a Purse Bingo to be held on November 20th at the VFW.
