Welcome Back!
Within the next few weeks your child should be bringing home a form from Health Partners of Western Ohio for a FREE mobile dental clinic. Please review, make your selection, and return that form with your child to school.
Also, reminder for those with KINDERGARTEN, 7TH, 12TH, OR ANY NEW STUDENTS, updated immunization records are required within the first 14 days of school or these students must be kept out of school until the proper documentation is on file per state law. PLEASE get these documents turned into me.
